Premiere pro crashes when nesting clips

Question

My Premiere pro has crashed everytime I've tried to nest clips, the clips are .mov format, and have 2 audio effects applied to them, these are "DeNoise" and "DeReverb." I've tried without these effects and it still freezes up and crashes, I thought it may be an isolated incident on my pc, but a friend is also experiencing it.

I'm not sure if there was an update, but my premiere pro also refused to open this morning.

I don't have the time to re encode all my clips to a different format, is there any way I can resolve this issue?
