Premiere Pro Crashes While Exporting Subtitles "Sorry, an error occurred"

On my mac, when I try to export the subtitles along with the video. Premiere Pro crashes with "Sorry, an error occurred" notification.

 

I need help, as I need only the captions.

Did you add info in the report dialog and select the option to allow Adobe to contact you? It may help us address the issue. Thanks!

The version is 24.3 and I have already tried all the ways to export the srt file. However, it is possible to export .txt file.

Another possible workaround is Captions tab -> 3 dot menu -> Export -> SRT.

 

What version of PR?

With the sequence selected, File: Export: Captions.. may be a workaround. Please submit a report with comments to assist us in resolving this issue. Thanks!
