Premiere Pro Crashing at Export

Please help anyone!!

I had this issue a few days ago with Premiere pro cc 2015, when I export (H.264, YouTube 1080p settings) it crashed. I tried 20 odd times). Please note I have been editing and exporting no problem for the past few months so my PC has had no issues before with over 30 exports previously no problems.

I updated to cc 2017, and problem persists. I have changed export location, no help. I have changed the name, no help. I have done and tried a few things I found online with no better result. I started a new project and that too had the issue, so It wasn't a particular effect or clip.

Thanks in advance.

Travis

Here's a troubleshooter you can work through. Maybe something will help.

try resetting preferences and clearing the cache:

For Premiere Pro

1. Exit the application

2. Press and hold Alt (Windows) or Option (macOS) as you start Premiere Pro. The new

preferences files are created when you start the application.

3. To restore default preference settings and plug-in cache at the same time, hold down

Shift-Alt (Windows) or Shift-Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting. Release

the Shift-Alt keys or Shift-Option key when the splash screen appears.
