Question

Premiere pro crashing (branched)

Exactly the same things here - iMac 5k, Premiere Pro crashing a few time a day or has to be force quit when I want to shut it down. I might try to downgrade to Sierra. Never seen such thing being Mac user since for the last 17 years...

i don't know if you've solved the issue, but i just upgraded from sierra to high sierra after some incredibly frustrating problems with the latest updates of after effect & premiere pro CC & to my relief & joy both programs are running really smoothly together with high sierra (so far!).  I too have the iMac 5k. My experience has been to never update the operating system or CC software immediately after it's release but to wait a couple of months at least so most issue are resolved. I'm also using a mega project which i have dragged from the Creative Suite 6 through all the changes of CC, which hasn't exactly been a smooth ride, but so far really happy with high sierra/CC functionality.

    Hi Robert Motyka,

Sorry for the issue. Is there an error message after the crash? If yes, share a screenshot with us.

Is there a specific action that triggers the crash?
