Premiere Pro crashing when exporting

Question

I just added some text (3 words on the first clip) to a 1.5-minute video and one audio track. I have tried half a dozen times to export it and within the last minute my computer crashes, even if I try to export it to an external drive. I am uploading it the very same way I always do. I am working on a Dell computer with Windows 10 software. I tried uploading the video I still have from yesterday without the text and the extra audio track, and that one uploads fine. Any suggestions?

If so, turn off the upload to test the export.So you are both adding text and also adding an audio track? If so, remove just the audio and text the export and vice versa.
