Premiere Pro crashing when loading/creating a project

After updating my Nvidea drivers and enabling the "Smooth Motion" setting with my 40 series graphics card, premiere pro crashed. It took me forever to figure out that this setting being enabled caused this, so I wanted to share.

Thanks for sharing your findings. Could you please confirm the version of Premiere Pro that you are using, the affected driver version & if it is a Studio driver or Game Ready driver?
