Premiere Pro Crashing when working with any type of essential graphics.

Over the past couple of months I've been experiencing non stop crashing of Premiere Pro when using any graphics. My current workaround is just not use any but I'd like to find out why this is happening and fix it for good.

this problem happens with the text tool, essential graphics, mogrt templates. Basically anything with text. I can sometimes get away with typing some text out before it crashes. And other times I've managed to get one or two titles working fine. Sometimes it's so bad that Premier will not let me open the project file back up unless I very quickly delete the title I just made and save before the crash comes up.

things I've tried so far:

• Reinstalled Latest version of Premier Pro
• Reset preferences
• uninstalled all plugins
• installed latest nvidia studio driver
• installed latest nvidia game ready driver
• low res proxies which I use anyway
• All videos are CFR

Any help you guys give will be so so helpful. This issue has been driving me nuts!
