premiere pro creating captions stuck. wont even start making captions

For some reason I installed PP on a new drive and when I tried to create captions it's bugged. I tried uninstalling re-installing, making a new sequence, new project, it wont even go past 0% on a clip that's 5 seconds long. I've cleared media cache, I've done so much and it doesn't work. Im on the latest version (23.6) and never had this issue before. It transcribes fine but doesn't make the captions? Can someone help?

Many programs assume C drive as a standard. I too faced problems installing Programs on other drives. Stick to the default drive

Thank you for reporting this issue - can you try to uninstall Premiere Pro - then go to the folder where it was installed before (e.g. program files/Adobe Premiere Pro 2023) and make sure the folder is empty / or delete it if it is not.
If you then re-install you should be back in a clean state.
