Premiere Pro crushing on start

Premiere Pro 24.2.1.2 (Error was also occuring on versions 24.0.1.0.85 and 23.06.0.65)

Windows 10

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40 GHz

GPU: Radeon RX 570 Series

Last month I had some technical issues with starting Premiere. It suddenly started crushing in process of editing. Then it started to crush on load, but fixed itself in a couple of tries. Now I just can't get it to work at all.

At first I could fix itself by opening through Creative Cloud (not explorer), but that method also stopped working.

The crush goes like this: It shows the loading screen as normal, then after it shows the main screen, it waits for a couple of seconds, then just closes. It is enough to try to start the project or open preferences, but it closes immideatly.

What I tried:

1) Running it as an administrator;

2) Compitability experiments;

3) Updating my drivers for graphics card;

4) Running with different user;

5) Downloading different versions (which lead to some results: it also crushes with Premiere 2023 and Beta, but Premiere 2021 is working smoothly. It takes a few seconds longer to crush with 24.2.1.2 then with Beta, due to loading time, i guess);

I tried to find answer on this Error, from which I assumed that it is due to my graphic drivers, but problem is still accuring after updating, so I guess not?.. In case I didn't provide enough information on problem, I encourage you to guide me.
