Premiere Pro CS6 and WIN 10

Hi, when I installed Premiere Pro CS6 on my WIN 10 computer is opens up really small as far as viewing the whole program.  How can I fix this?  Please help.

    CS6 is not optimize for large screens.

    You have to set the display settings in the OS probably to 200% to read the UI properly.

    Are you using a uhd 4k monitor? try changing the system resolution to 1024, just downscale resolution til it looks right
