Premiere Pro CS6 wont work with prores codecs

Im having a hard time with getting Premiere Pro CS6 (from production premium) to work with prores footage. It suddently stopped working, and displays Media offline.

I had this problem before and I dont remember how I fixed it, it was somewhat connected to licensing\activation, but I am unable to get it working again.

This is on Windows 10.

Ive tried:

Deactivate \ Activate again.

Reinstalled Premiere

Reinstalled Quicktime

But content still apears red with text "Media offline".

Premiere Pro and After Effects also doesnt show up in the Creative Cloud app, in Older versions, only Photoshop CS6 and Acrobat X is there.

How do i fix this? Its extremely annoying, I lost a whole day of editing because of this.
