Premiere Pro CS7 crashing when saving

Hi Guys,

I have an issue with Adobe Premiere pro.

When im trying to save, on the third-fourth time, the premiere just crashes.

it happens with every project.

I'm clicking on output name, a new window pops:

and in this window it sometimes crashes premiere(around the third time), i don't even have enough time to click save...

I'm using windows 10, I updated windows to latest version and also updated Premiere and the Encoder.

anyone can assist?
