Premiere Pro: Denoise not working in audio track mixer

I am running Premiere 24.1 and running into some strange issues with denoise in the audio track mixer. It doesn't work, but sometimes it does, when ı get exported its okay, sometimes it's not. it's weird.

This isn't isolated to a specific project as we are seeing this issue across multiple project files.

    I am experiencing the same issue. It seems that only certain clips that have a certain visual preset effect applied fail to have denoise applied from the audio track mixer. It's intermittent though, for example if I loop playback the denoise kicks back in.

      Sometimes, to get the effects used in the Audio Track Mixer to process, you need to render the audio. Have you tried that?
