Premiere Pro does not find Rush project- (Desktop Apps)

I have the latest versions of Premiere Pro (12.1.2) and Rush (1.2.8) on my Windows 10 laptop. I want to import a Rush Project into Premiere, and both remain with the Sync option on. 

When I go to Premiere, there are only "New Project", "Open Project", "New Team Project" and "Open Team Project" options. If I click on any of these, none of them will find/show my Rush project that I'm trying to import. I can't find the Rush project anywhere, only the individual elements that were synched (pngs, videos, music).
