Premiere pro does not open Effects and Colour pannels. Black screen.

Help! Premiere Pro turns on black screen as far as I click effects or colour pannel.

Click to a panel that goes blank, are the menus still visible? If so go to the menu Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout.

You may need to do this a couple of time for it to stick.
