Premiere Pro does not open unless logged in as admin

I want to know how to contact those who are higher up in the latter, when it comes to handle software problems. I spoke with 3 diffrent tec support and 2 and 3 read what the other guy said and that they desided that it was something wrong with my computer, when 1 and 2 failed to fix the problem when the got access to my pc and free hands, and the fact that one adobe program worked and not the rest, or the fact that I got a error code on one, was not something they cared about. They all said that this problem was new to them and they could not find it online. But when I just used one word on google I can see that this has been issue since 2013. When i try to give them that link, they already decided that I needed to reinstall the OS. I later discovered that the programthat gave me an error code, work when starting it as admin. This they did not know or tell me that.

I pay a lot of money each month and should not have to reinstall my OS to solvle what was a problem one day but worked the day before... I can not start Premiere Pro 2017 but after I installed the 2015, I can start that as admin. I can start Photoshop 2017 as admin and Adobe SpeedGrate CC 2015 works fine. When I try start the other I get some humble bumble about missing a DLL file that is not missing. The file that is reported missing is called "dvaaudiodsp.dll" and can be used for google the problem. I can not find any sollution that work or I understand how to do...

But I really need to either take my problem the a higher level of people at adobe, or if this IS a problem not able to fix without getting a new computer, at least report these so called support staff, because refuse to even try fix it just because the guy before could not and blame other and they "can not do anything when computer is broken" and then telling lies about not heard of this or can find this problem online, that is NOT okey!

Regards

Jacob

Hi Jacob,

Sorry for this frustration. When you do get .dll errors, in many cases, a full reinstall of the OS is often necessary if you cannot reinstall certain components. If you are still facing errors after a reinstallation, send me a PM and I can escalate your case.

Thanks,
Kevin

But surly there has to be something else to do as everything else in the computer works. And the fact that Photoshop 2017 and Premiere 2015 work, is that not a indication that this is a problem support should be able to fix? Read about this online and people speak about sollutions, not blaming there is something wrong with their computer,,,

It is best to run Adobe software from an Admin user account.  Are you not doing that?

Moving this discussion to the Premiere Pro forum.

Yes moving it is okey but this change of headline is NOT okey, as this is not at all what I am asking about. Im asking how I get in contact with a higher lever on people on Adobe. This about not starting is just a way of explaining things and have nothing to do with what I ask about or what I need help with!
