Premiere Pro Does Not Read AIVX Codec

Premiere Pro can't read my video files that have been exported from PluralEyes 4 because it uses AIVX codec. I've tried using different codec convertors but none of them can read AIVX. Is there any plugin i can download so that Premiere Pro or VLC or Handbrake can read the file and make it useable?

Thank you!

virtually positive that pluraleyes does not export media.  It only exports links to your original media.  At least with the version I'm using.   So if you've converted your footage to something like prores and then bring that footage into pluraleyes, the export from pluraleyes will reference the prores footage.

I have a mid 2014 MacBook Pro and I follow the exact same process and the videos export and work just fine. It's only once I start using my new 2019 MacBook that I run into issues.

What settings do you recommend I convert to with Media Encoder before using PluralEyes?

when you tried to convert before can you describe your workflow.  I don't think pluraleyes will convert media.  You have to use another app and convert the material before you bring it into pluraleyes.

I used Media Encoder. It looks like the issue is that PluralEyes exports with AIVX

I think you have to convert the files before you use pluraleyes.    Have you tried Adobe Media Encoder?  seems unlikely but worth a shot.  Editready might work.  It's costs something but in some ways it's a great option.  will transcode to prores and also merge spanned clips which can be very handy.

You need to use a different codec when you export from PluralEyes 4

That's what I figured, but I don't seen any codec options inside PluralEyes. Do you know if that's possible?

I've contacted PluralEyes Support and I'm still waiting to hear back
