Question

Premiere Pro does not recognise all available fonts

Ever since upgrading to Premiere Pro CC 2018, I have not been able to access all available fonts. I have a mac running latest version of High Sierra (10.13.4). I use Suitcase Fusion (latest version 19.05) as a type manager. I have been driven to frustration for more than a month. Old Premeire Pro projects don't recognise the fonts that have been used within them. Fonts that are available with EVERY other application are not available in Premiere Pro. The people at Extensis (Suitcase Fusion)have spent considerable time trying to help but to know avail. The people act Adobe have been completely silent. I have tried turning off Typekit but that doesn't seem to have any effect. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi millmaine,

Sorry for the trouble. What is the exact dot version of Premiere Pro? Steps: FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?

Many font related issues got fixed in the latest version of Premiere Pro(12.1.1). Please check this article: Bug fixes in Premiere Pro versions 12.1 and 12.1.1

Thanks,

Vidya
