Hello everyone.

I have a problem exporting my videos on Premiere Pro CC 2020.

Its using the CPU 100% but nothing of my Nvidia 1050.

I just realized something very strange,

When I am applying an effect on my video (for example sharp mask) it does not use the GPU to exrport the video, onlu CPU, but when I eliminate the effect or I disable it.....so when I'm not using effect, then yes it uses the GPU to render.

I'm rendering at FHD 1080 H.264.

PS: In the project setings its allready choosen the option CUDA and on the rendering panel the Hardware acceleration.

Its very strange for me....why when I hace the effect its not using th GPU but when dont use effects yes?

Any idea?

Thank you very much and sorry my english.

It may be helpful to look through this article, particularly the section for 'Why is my GPU utilization low?'

Generally speaking, the tasks that the GPU does get utilized for can be done much quicker than the tasks utilized by the CPU, so even when it is in use, it may not appear to be working that hard. (Disclaimer: there are people on here that are much more well-versed with hardware than I am.)
