Premiere Pro doesn't boot/open

Hello community,

i just bought myself a new computer, after my laptop was pretty slow cutting videos with Premiere Pro. After i unpacked the computer (Win11) i made all updates and made sure the drivers are up to date.

After installing Creative Cloud Desktop, Premiere Pro and Photoshop Express i wanted to open Premiere Pro, the welcome window pops up and vanishes after 5-10 seconds without Premiere Pro opening up. I've tried re-installing Premiere Pro, installing an older Version (23.0) and downloaded C++ (as described in another post here) but nothing is working.

Here are the computer specs:

AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB DDR6 3D

CoolerMaster 750W

Windows 11 Pro 64-Bit

Ryzen7 4700 16-Thread processor

16GB GDDR6 RAM

1TB memory

Thanks for your help in advance!

I fixed the problem, downgrading my new computer to WIN10 - don‘t know why it didn‘t work on WIN11 but well, it‘s fine.
Thanks anyway!

Hi gentlb242!

Sorry about the trouble. Are you able to see the splash screen? Could you try some suggestions mentioned here? https://adobe.ly/47aFdQd

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

KR
