Question

Premiere Pro doesn't export all audio files from multiple tracks

I have tried to export some sound design i created in premiere pro by lengthening and slowing down some foley for my short film, and: some work some of the time, and some do not. . I've been on the phone with tech support for two days, and THEY could not figure out the problem, but keep trying to get a "technician" to call me back---which they never do. They say there are no bugs, but they can't export all of my audio files either trying all of their tricks. I have 17 audio tracks, some will play all the time during play back in the program, and some will not play at all for no reason suddenly inside the program. When I export, I get random tracks exported from tracks 2-17, but i do consistently get audio from audio track 1 (my dialogue track)

Tech support is no help. the forums are no help. I'm just putting this out there in case there's anyone else whose project they're still beating their heads against a wall trying to export multiple audio tracks from.  They say there are no bugs, but I find that hard to believe since every day I use this thing something doesn't work randomly for whatever reason, or the program crashes.   I've tried exporting h.264, MXOp1a, Quick Time, and I've tried moving the audio from the problem tracks to track 1 to see if i can export it like my dialogue from audio 1, but it will not. Tech support has tried "nesting" the clips. I've tried removing audio transitions and effects I used---NOTHING.  I've tried exporting the timeline as .xml to try and export through Davinci---does not keep my cinebars, titles, several audio and certain video clips.

For a subscription service I expected more consistency.

Sometimes audio clips with extreme speed changes do not export. One work around is to do 50% of the change, nest the clip and do the rest of the speed change on the nest.

Thanks, I will try this. Tech support didn’t think of this yet.

Are you using the Automatic click remover? If so, try removing it from your sequence and try again.

I have no idea what the auto click remover is, but I have never turned it on and unless it’s on automatically I wouldn’t know where this is.

Are you using any of the options from essentials sound panel (can be found in the main menu > window > essential sound) i.e. Auto ducking or noise reduction?

Also, let us know the sequences settings and a screenshot of timeline & export settings.

As of now, I would recommend you to update the premiere pro to latest version if not updated because the recent update has many fixes for Audio - Bug fixes in Premiere Pro version 12.1.2
