Premiere Pro Dynamic Link with After Effects causing flicking color issues

I created a dynamic link from Premiere to After Effects. I'm adding the color to the Dynamic link file in Premiere (I'm not sure if that's an issue), and I am getting flicking random frames with a green cast over them.  Photos attached. 

 

My sequence is rec 709, and my Clip settings are Rec 709. 

 

Any ideas?

Are you using Lumetri Color within Premiere, or some other effect?  Do the scopes show the same cast?  Is the cast there on export?

Hi! I created a new thread in AE because I did some tests to figure out where the issue and it seems to be coming from AE.
