Premiere Pro Editing not avaible in my country?

Hi guys, I'm having a pretty frustrating time and could really use your help.

I have been wanting to get into editing videos since I have recently bought a camera, and since I already have a bit of experience with premiere I thought that would be the best software to get. Here's the problem, I tried to buy it but apparently it is not available in my country, I changed it to UK but obviously my card information doesn't match up so no luck there. Does anyone know if there is a way around this? Really would like to get premiere but this is just ridiculous.
