Premiere Pro Error

I have just updated my windows this morning, after restarting my pc and reopening premiere pro. My project file has become "corrupted" or so I thought but it quickly realize that it wasn't just my new project file but every files that I have previously done and also new ones that I tried to create. I was tried restarting my pc and also uninstalling and reinstalling premiere, nothing worked. Is this my driver's software fault? Or is this because of the app not supporting?
