Question

Premiere Pro Error code 6 and 3 during export (audio problem)

Hi everyone!

I keep having exporting problems with my file, I even restarted the whole thing a second time (lately I found that the more I pass time on my videos the more chances they eventually get corrupted for no reason). Nothing works. It makes my computer crash (it's my husband's PC, I cannot afford an iMac right and no, no one can help on that front. It is in my projects to get myself one, but I really can't afford it being the only one who brings money to the table in my household).

Anyways, the first 10 times I've tried to export the file, I had mostly error code 6 as an error message. I got the error code 3 a couple of times as well (it said somewhere in there that it was an audio issue). But now I never get any error message, the computer just shuts down. My husband (who is a gamer, he knows nothing about Adobe) tried to export without the and it worked like a charm -_-. I tried nesting my audio files (I succeeded to do so) but it still wouldn't export. I tried all the basic options you would try with export troubleshooting and nothing works (viewed quite a lot of YT videos on the topic).

I'm at a loss and I'm desperate. I don't know what else to do! TIA

Save your project with a different name before you try this.

Maybe go into the Project Panel right click and unlink the problem audio file and then right click on the same file and re-link it.

Maybe there is something quirky going on that this will fix.
