Premiere Pro exe installer won't open

I just purchased Premiere Pro after using Premiere Elements for years. I've downloaded the installer, opened it as administrator. The intial window appears asking if I want Adobe Installer to make changes to my device. I click YES.....then NOTHING happens. The window disappears. I've checked to make sure my system is compatible. I've updated my Intel Graphics Driver, I've run the Adobe LogCollector. Now what? I need to use this for work! HELP!
