Premiere pro Export Error

Hey everyone! I really need help because I'm trying to export my 12 min long video and premiere pro just doesn't let me. Everytime i try to export, it just stuck at 7 or 13% or on 1%.... i have tried everything by watching youtube videos like changing export setting to different presets, Hardware encoding to software encoding, literally everything.... i saw many people also had the same issue but really I'm frustrated because it's been two days trying to export my video....while I'm writing this question it stuck at 9% .... really don't know what else to do, my pc specs are i7-11th gen, 16GB Ram, GTX 1660Ti 6GB, Windows 11, more then 600GB Ssd available on Disk.

i don't pay monthly creative cloud suscription to have issues like this.... I'm really sad 😞
