Premiere Pro export for Instagram

Hello, I'm new at using Premiere, I've shot a video in 60fps with my dslr and used twixtor to create a slow motion clip. After exporting I can perfectly watch my video on my windows pc, but when I transfer the file to my android phone it cannot play it. And I want to upload it to Instagram, but since android doesn't play it, Instagram doesn't play it either. What can I do? I've tried many formats but they don't work, and it has to be 60fps, otherwise the slow-mo looks awful. Any suggestions? Thanks!

V45CH3,

Sorry. For 60fps footage and achieving the best results for slow motion in a 24fps sequence, right-click, choose Speed/Duration, and set it to 40%. For a 30fps sequence, choose 50%. Set Time Interpolation > Optical Flow.

I don't advise interpreting footage; it disrupts a proxy workflow. Cheers.

You may not necessarily have to use Twixtor to get slow motion to work, unless you want super slow motion.

In PPro import the 60fps footage in a new project.

Next, inside the Project Panel, use the context menu (right click) to use the Interpret Footage option and change the framerate of the clips to 23,976.

Playback of the footage will now be in slow motion on any 23,976 sequence you create.

If that still isn't slow enough to your liking, you may need to use Twixtor. For best results in Twixtor, your shutter needs to be set at 1/125th during recording, possibly even higher. The less motion blur you have between frames, the better Twixtor is able to guess the intermediate frames.

You need to check Instagrams requirements first before making any export.
