Premiere Pro Export Not Signed In (YT, Windows)

I just tried to publish a video onto youtube through premiere pro's export to media, but although it says i'm signed into my youtube, an error "exported video was not uploaded to youtube because you are not signed in. you can upload it manually from: ...." 

Can anyone help me please
