Premiere Pro export problem

Hi all,

As of this morning, I am having trouble when exporting video using Prem Pro. I have not changed any settings or anything within the timeline, but every time I export this 4min video it completes the process, saves the file, but the file doesn't have any footage. There's a thumbnail suggesting the video is complete, but when attempting to play it won't, no matter if I try VLC or Quicktime. The file is expected to be around 600mb but once exporting is complete there is hardly any file data, maybe 23mb/

Can anyone help, please? I have spent hours and hours on this and to be honest, it's really bugging me now.

    Hi Kev,

    I am sorry that you are getting a hard time in exporting your sequence from Premiere Pro.

    • What are your export settings and what is the exact version of Premiere Pro (check in the help menu)?
    • Have you tried exporting in a different file format and to a different location (output/destination location)?
    • Import your footage (exported video) into Premiere Pro and check if it is fine there.
