Premiere Pro export setting to ROKU

Hi all,

I am having issues with Uploading an export for ROKU. I have tried in Media Encoder and directly from Premiere, does anyone have a preset I can use? Or does Adobe have extra presets somewhere I can download from?

    The H264 "Match Source - High Bitrate" preset should work well if the Sequence is up to 1920-by-1080 at 24, 25, 30, 50 or 60 frames per second.

     

    The H265 "Match Source - High Bitrate" preset should work well if the Sequence is up to 3840-by-2160 at 24, 25, 30, 50 or 60 frames per second.
