I'm having issues exporting videos from premiere pro after editing. I'm ediitng long format content (45 min podcasts. Every time it exports I watch it back on quicktime and at multiple parts the footage freezes , but the audio keeps going. Not sure what's going on, but I've exported multiple times after rendering the whole timeline and the exported video keeps being exported, but jumps frames.

Try turning off Hardware encoding in the Video tab of the export settings.

We have very little to go on. Tell us about your hardware and your media. What type files are you editing with and exporting to? Version of PP from the Help/About screen. What OS, mac, pc?

I filmed with Sony a7IV and Sony Fx30 cameras. Filmed in 4K. I edit on PP 2024 version. I use a Macbook Pro 2023 version with an M3 Pro chip. I export H.264 (highest bit rate)
