premiere pro exporting is driving me insane

I am at a complete lose, ive tried everything to make premire pro export my video good but nothing works i import my video and in the previews it looks great but as soon as i export it looks bad its so frustrateing and its ruining my day please help my export setting are posted below i just want to the video to look good 😞

You are blowing up a postage stamp sized video to 4K. 300x168 to 4096x2304, I'm not supprised it looks bad. What does it look like if you export at 300x168?
