Premiere Pro Exporting issue

Right so for the last couple of weeks I've had a problem exporting from Premere Pro.  I've checked the community etc but can't seem to figure it out.  It takes FOREVER...literally just took over an hour to export a 6.53 minute video and then it doesn't show it with the video.  I've had to re-edit the entire video.  It seems like it keeps saying it doesn't support the media and yet it's the same media I've always done.  I've tried deleting and redownloading the app twice.   I've changed my preferences.  I've done everything I can find to do and it's still doing it.  What's the deal?  EDITED:  AND now I've deleted and redownloaded the app for the third time.

It is not clear to me if you have problems with the export time or with the incompatibility of the clips in the import. Tell us a bit more about what type of video files you are using as what container and what codec, and what version of Premiere Pro you are using.

Byron.

To be fair it's not clear to me either.  I can say this...I've been using Premeier pro - and now I'm on 2020 version ... for a year and half.  I've not  changed clip type.  It's an MP4 file.  Video Data rate 29158 kbps total bitrate 29413kbps audio 255 kbps.  I've just re-edited and rendered the entire video again on another platform and it worked as expected.  Sorry if it's not all the right info...I'm really just a novice.  Thanks again.
