Premiere pro Exporting (Publishing) Directly to youtube Makes you sign looping

When you try to sign into Youtube' in premiere pro but when you press sign in the window pops out and you key in your info but when u log in it just closes the window and does not show your account signed in and u just keep trying to sign in but it never shows your account logged in.
