Premiere PRO for IPAD

Hi, Does or by when will Premiere Pro be available for iOS on iPAD PRO? My new hobby is VR 360 degree, and my outdated LAPTOP is not playing for all recent (free) edit software?

Premiere Clip is all you're going to be seeing on the iPad right now. Mobile or tablet software is a totally different experience and Premiere Pro wouldn't work on it. Even though an iPad Pro has powerful hardware it makes no sense to try to incorporate a real editing workflow on it with loads of footage and software that has a ton of menu options and preferences. Adobe is focused on making companion apps for mobile devices, so I seriously doubt we'll be seeing anything like Premiere Pro any time soon.
