Premiere Pro freezes after couple minutes of using

After updating to v 13.0, and after using Premiere for a couple of minutes the program freezes, not entirely, but I am unable to start playing the timeline, or previews. After trying to turn a pop up appears saying that the program is not responding and I have to close it. The issue repeats every time and did not appear before the update.
