Premiere pro freezes then Not Responding

When I import a file and add the file to edit it goes normal then 10-30 seconds later everything freezes and then not responding this is really getting on my nerves, I did everything, all drivers are up to date, tried other versions difrent of types of files diftent settings... but nothing works I am a Windows 10 Pro user, What can I do? Please someone help and Adobe fix your program!

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver)

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

Ok, pero podrías comenzar contándonos los detalles del tipo de archivo que estás importando, de dónde viene ese archivo, con qué cámara fue grabado, contenedor, códec, etc. Además qué versión de Premiere Pro estás utilizando y qué características técnicas tiene tu computador.

With each new update, developers are trying to eliminate the same bugs, but so far the sores are winning. And this does not please. So what I can advise you is to wait every time and hope that everything will be fine in the new update. Unfortunately, I myself meet with them every day and my patience is on the verge.
