Premiere Pro freezes when resetting workspace

I have dual monitors. When sending several timelines to Media Encoder, the interface windows I have arranged on my 2nd monitor disappear. I have to reset the workspace to get them back. Now evertime I reset the workspace, Premiere freezes and I have to force quit.
