Premiere pro freezing

I have a freezing problem with premiere pro and it freezes every 1 to 5 minutes but it dosent crash its freezes and then i need to wait until it unfreezes to edit the video but it happening to often and all my driver is up to date and tried so many things to make it easier but nothing works. It dosen't matter how short the video is or how long it freezes eather way!
