Premiere Pro freezing [Was Re: Premier Pro CC 2017 - Titles]

I've just completed the update and the program keeps freezing. When I load video files and I'm editing I get about 10 minutes into the project and I lose the ability to edit the tracks and click on any of the interface. Is anyone else having this problem?
