Premiere Pro gives the Generic can't find script when configuring video.

I have for a while tried to render video but sometimes, not always, it renders as the generic script of several languages.  It doesn't do this when I view it in Premiere but does in Media Encoder and will not render what is in Premiere.  Sometimes it will do it after several days.  How do I fix.  I appreciate your help.
