Premiere Pro has Encountered an Error

I don't understand why adobe has so many problems and it seems like an impossible challenge to get support from someone at adobe. I work on music videos and i have a deadline but suddenly out of nowhere my Premiere pro just stops working COMPLETELY! the app won't open I uninstalled and downloaded multiple versions Still nothing. this is horrible i don't know what to do any more.
