Premiere Pro is consistently Crashing my Mac

I have already cleared my Cache so that's not the issue.

I'm able to edit for maybe 10, 15, maybe 30 minutes at a time (nothing complicated, sometimes even simple cuts or skipping over my timeline), before my Mac crashes completely and does a full restart. It's very frustrating. I am editing via the transciption feature, but that worked for me fine in the past, this is a recent issue. 

I am a Video Editor by trade, this is a serious issue for me if I cannot edit for work
