Premiere Pro is constantly crashing and becoming SLOW

Hello everyone.

I just updated the software to the latest version available and DEAR GOD….

I noticed over the years that the program wasn’t really 100% reliable but this time around is just crazy.
I know I’m the only one, but up until now, for the last year maybe, I’ve been having tremendous issues with text.
Every single time I create a layer of text, Premiere starts to drag itself down in ways I couldn't believe it was possible, and is even worse if you increase the duration of the layer manually, the whole program just blocks for a few seconds.

In some cases, when I have to add a lot of text, it becomes a real issue because after a couple of modifications, Premiere just decides it will not work, and I have to close it and re open it again, sometimes even 3 times.
But the worst part of all is when I’m not using text but, for some VERY random reason, the video just goes to black and Premiere doesn’t show ANYTHING in the timeline.

I can hear everything, but it doesn’t show me the video feed anywhere, so I have to close again everything.

It is, honestly, starting to become a problem.
After paying all of these years for really minor updates and we can’t still have something just stable… is just a very disrespectful situation, because we have all of our work in the Adobe ecosystem but is just not working properly anymore.

And nope, we do have capable computers.

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor (3.70 GHz)
32.0 GB as a minimum.
Kingston Fury SSD PCIe 4.0
In one of the computers we have a slow graphics card but for 1080p content is more than enough, but we still have issues in another computer with a RTX 5060 so…

I’m not sure what’s happening, we don’t have any games or apps or anything, the computers we use for work, are just for that and everything is optimized for work, is just Premiere Pro that is working AWFULLY BAD recently.

Can somebody give me some guidance?
