Premiere pro isn't installing.

Basically, it keeps saying error code 183 whenever it gets to 90%. I've retried numerous times, restarted my pc, nothing worked. Please help me!

Are you on Windows? Looking at what others have said, one thing to try is a Windows update. The technote below may help:
