Premiere Pro kann nicht gestartet werden

Hallo,

 

ich kann auf meinen Rechner nicht mit Premiere Pro arbeiten. Der Startbildschirm lädt aber sobald ich etwas auswähle stürzt das Programm ab, egal ob ich Neues Projekt auswähle oder versuche einen Systemkompatibiltätscheck versuche auszuführen oder irgendetwas anderes.

 

Hat das ggf. etwas damit zu tun dass ich jetzt eine X3D CPU von AMB verwende mit eigener Grafikkarte in Verbindung mit einer NVIDIEA Grafikkarte?

If Premiere Pro won’t start, resetting preferences and clearing the plug-in cache can often resolve the issue.


To reset preferences and the plug-in cache:

  • Completely close Premiere Pro.
  • Relaunch Premiere Pro while holding the following keys:
    • Windows: Ctrl + Alt + Shift
    • macOS: Command + Option + Shift
  • When prompted, confirm that you want to reset preferences.

Dear Paul, thanks a lot. Unfortunetly, I already made those step, I also unistall Premiere Pro an installed it again, but I still got this crash problems.

In the Reset Options window, try enabling Use Software Only Rendering (one-time only). This setting forces Premiere Pro to bypass the GPU and rely solely on the CPU for rendering during that session.
