Question

Premiere Pro Keeps Crashing

So, I am new to this software and I tried to open it to get practice but it continues to crash on me. Some of my friends who are familiar with this program told me that it may be my storage on my computer and that I will probably have to let something go such as my Sims game.

Help!

    Hi queencass93,

I am sorry for the crash issue. Is there an error message after the crash?

If yes, please post a screenshot. FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?

FAQ: What information should I provide when asking a question on this forum?

    Thanks,

    Vidya

    Hi Longstaffe7Edge,

I understand Premiere Pro crashes immediately after changing the settings. It might be an issue with Permissions. Please follow the steps in this article fixing permissions problem that impedes start of Adobe applications | Creative Cloud blog by Adobe  & let us know the status.

    Thanks,

    Vidya
