Premiere Pro Keeps Crashing When I Try to Change Export location

Hello,

Whenever I begin to export a finished project, I like to check where it is going to be exported to. However, when I clicked on the location in the Export menu, the one that is underlined and in blue, Premiere suddenly becomes unresponsive with my pc. I try clearing my media cache but that did not help. Also to mention, I can still export fine but I just can't change the location of the export. Is there any way to fix this?
