Premiere pro lag in M1 max 32gb

Question

I recently bought the M1 max 32/512 gb but my premiere pro still lag sometimes I thought it's hardware problem but when I test the Geekbench mark all the numbers are good I run blender I do some works in blender divided the plane in many sub divisions nothing happens but when I edit small shorts on premiere pro it's lagg sometimes can any one have the solution, for comparison I render same project in both M1 pro 16gb and M1 max 32gb the render time was same so what's the point to buy M1 max 32 gb

When you say "lag," do you mean the interface is slow to respond? Or do you mean export or render takes a long time?
When you say "render," do you mean rendering the Timeline, or do you mean exporting to a file?
If you mean exporting, what are your export settings?
Can you tell us more about your media? Specifically the codec, frame size, and frame rate. Also tell us your Sequence Settings, meaning the sequence's frame size and frame rate.
